Fframia Cyf is a Limited company based in north Wales. The company's main business is the sale of prints and picture framing.

Currency
We accept payment through HSBC secure e-payment in Pounds Sterling. We accept most major credit and debit cards.
Tax
No VAT is added to the prices on the website.
Delivery, Returns & Refund
Delivery
We aim to process your order the first working day after the order is placed. We aim to deliver the goods within 3 to 5 working days. If we are unable to deliver within this time, we will e-mail you & inform you of the likely delivery date. If this date is unacceptable to you, the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.We will e-mail you to inform you when the goods have been dispatched, a signature may be required on receipt of the goods. We use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels.
Returns
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods for a refund. You will be refunded the purchase price of the goods but the postage costs will not be refunded. To cancel the order please notify us by e-mail or letter and return the goods in original packaging if possible. Please obtain proof of postage or insurance to claim in the event of loss or damage in the post. Return postage costs will be your responsibility.
We aim to supply goods that are in perfect condition, if you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods please notify us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We will also refund the cost of returning faulty goods.

Fframia only collects personal information about you (for example your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card details) when you specifically provide us with such information on a voluntary basis, for example when purchasing or enquiring about products online. Any personal information we collect via our web site will never be released or sold to any companies or individuals outside of Fframia. We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless where required by law.
What we do with your Information
We use the information you provide us with to sell you the items you requested. By making a purchase from this site you are consenting to your financial and/or personal information being passed to any third party organisations necessary to process your transactions with Fframia, such as credit card companies, banks and the companies that handle shipping on our behalf.
